As a Green Key certified restaurant, making reesponsible choices and operating according to the principles of sustainable development is important to us. That's why our kitchen focuses on using local and organic ingredients to create memorable food experiences.

Depending on availability and our seasonal needs, we use, for example, organic root vegetables from Impola Farm and organic beef from Heimola Farm. In addition, we source organic eggs and dairy products through our wholesalers. The seasonal bounty of our nearby forests and fields such as wild mushrooms, berries, cabbages, pumpkins enriches our offering.
