During summer season 28.6.-13.8. the visitor center restaurant kitchen is open on Tue-Fri 12-18.30 and on Saturdays 12-21.30. Welcome and enjoy our local delicacies!
Kyrö dinner is the perfect way to bring to life farm-to table aesthetic. All our ingredients are sourced from local producers, farmers and fishermen. This way we ensure the quality of the ingredients we use. We always use fresh products that are in season. The sustainability of our products is a priority to us, and that is why we prefer to use the local produce and ecologically produced ingredients in our menus.
We have achieved a Green Key- certificate for sustainable travel efforts, including the restaurant and the lovely dishes made in our kitchen, with love.

Pink Gin gravlax, smoky mayonnaise, pickled red onion, fried capers, toasted bread, cucumber and salad
Smoked vöner, grilled onion creme, pickled red onion, crispy potato, fresh cabbage jand toasted bread
Brisket with whisky BBQ-sauce, viski-bbq kastiketta, crème fraîche, new potatoes with Jukola cheddar and fresh herbs, gabbage salad
Dairy Cream parfait, chocolate foam and strawberries
Bread and butter Green salad with raspberry vinaigrette sauce
Grilled onion foam, marinated kale and crispy buckwheat
Pink gin cured rainbow trout, dill sour cream and cucumber

Dinner for groups
We have created our own style of dining – we spice our shared meals with stories. Kyrö kitchen specializes in using locally produced ingredients and organic products. You'll learn about local farmers and plates in use. Our menu is updated seasonally. The minimum group size is six people. During the summer season dinner packages are available from Tuesday to Friday. Groups can also come for dinner or lunch only.
Dinner package (68-83 € / per person)
Reserve about four hours for your visit and let the stories come to life while dining and tasting. Our dinner package includes a 3-course menu, a distillery tour and a tasting. Please book group visits in advance here.
