An honest hi-fi enthusiast's birthday in Kyrö
Our charming guesthouse has beds for a total of 10 people. Our partner Lapuan Kankurit has made luxurious linen bedding for our beds, and of course towels for an evening of relaxation in the sauna.
Kyrötalo was completely renovated in 2017, giving the old house a period interior with a touch of modernity. We have tried to use as many recycled materials and furniture as possible in the interior of our house.
The dining room can be separated from the living room with a sliding door. The large table can seat about 10 people at a time.
The idyllic living room is a relaxed space for socializing. It has two large Hakola sofas and an armchair.
Our beautiful kitchen was built by local carpenter Keijo Hissa. Our kitchen is free for guests to use throughout their stay, and you will find everything you need to cook.
When you enter our guesthouse, you will find a lobby with Reino slippers for each foot. The lobby leads to the toilet, utility room, upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bedroom and dining room.
The utility room has a shower cubicle and a washing machine and dryer for guests' free use.
Sauna and shower facilities are located in a separate building in the courtyard of Kyrötalo.
The entire house is rented at once to a group, meaning that the house is available to guests from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival or by agreement. The house is handed over at 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
The rental includes Kyrötalo and sauna facilities, bed linen and towels made by Lapuan Kankurei, Dermosil detergents made in Ostrobothnia, coffee, tea and final cleaning. To make your stay perfect, the price also includes a wonderful breakfast prepared by our kitchen:

1. A cross-section of Kyrö's rye experiences
Arrival at Kyrötalo and settling in. From there, transfer to the Visitor Center, where the evening begins with an interesting distillery tour and guided tasting. The evening is crowned with a local dinner prepared by our kitchen. After dinner, transfer to Kyrötalo for a hot tub and sauna, snacks available for the whole group during the evening.
2. Cocktail school and wonderful food
Arrival at Kyrötalo and transfer to the Visitor Center. The evening begins with a fun joint activity, where everyone gets to choose a cocktail from the list. You can prepare your chosen drink under supervision behind the counter, and finally, of course, enjoy your creation. The evening continues with a memorable distillery tour, where you can hear the story of Kyrö, from the sauna benches to the world. The evening at the Visitor Center ends with dinner.
3. Whisky connoisseur's dream package
The evening begins with a whiskey tour, where you can take a peek into our million-liter barrel warehouse and immerse yourself in the world of our rye whiskeys, from raw distillate to special bottles, during a whiskey tasting. The evening at the restaurant ends with dinner, after which we move on to Kyrötalo for an evening out.
If you wish, you can order a hot tub for your group for €120. The price includes the hot tub filled and preheated. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hot tub remains warm after arriving at the house.
Order treats for an evening out at the inn. Small treats €25, large treats €35.
During the evening you will have the opportunity to explore stories, drinks and flavours. Kyrö's dinner package includes a local dinner, a distillery tour and tasting. Allow approximately four hours for your visit.

In the gin and whiskey tasting you will get to know our products made from rye. The guided tasting will take you not only on a taste journey, but also to the stories. You will learn how the drink's journey from product development to finished drink has been.

On the whiskey tour, you will hear Kyrö's memorable story, learn more about the secrets of making our rye whiskeys, and visit our million-liter barrel warehouse.
At the whisky tasting, you can immerse yourself in the fascinating journey of our whisky, from raw distillate to special bottles. The tasting will feature five different Kyrö rye products.
You can book the meeting rooms for a few hours or for the whole day. The price is determined according to the services. Meeting room rental only starts at 55 €/h.
The cancellation terms below apply unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
All cancellations by the customer must be made in writing (by email) and sent to Kyrö Visitor Center at visit@kyrodistillery.com. The cancellation date is the date on which Kyrö Visitor Center receives the email regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation 0-7 days before accommodation 100% charge.
Cancellation 8-30 days before accommodation 50% charge.
Cancellation more than 30 days before accommodation, no charge.
Force majeure situations, such as illness and accidents, are handled on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we will generally ask for a medical certificate or other official proof of the incident.
Kyrö Visitor Center has the right to cancel a customer's reservation in the event of force majeure. If the reservation has to be canceled due to the customer's disruptive behavior during the accommodation, the customer will not be refunded.
In the extremely unlikely event that the property owner makes a significant change to the reservation or cancels it, Kyrö Visitor Center will notify the customer immediately and tel.
If the customer damages the property or personal belongings during the rental period, the customer is obliged to compensate the property owner for the damage in full. The rules and instructions given by the owner of the apartment must be followed during the rental period. Any violations may lead to compensation claims. All valuables left in the property are the customer's own responsibility.
If problems arise with the property, the customer must submit all complaints to the Kyrö Visitor Center contact person as soon as they are noticed, so that the Visitor Center has sufficient time and opportunity to resolve the problem.

We do not rent a house for this purpose, as we have our own restaurant and conference facilities at the Visitor Center for just such purposes.

Kyrö Distillery Visitor Center’s (Kyrö Distillery Home) website visit.kyrodistillery.com is a service available for companies and private persons, through which it is possible to make reservations for guided tours, tastings, conference rooms and different kind of events in the Kyrö Distillery Home (e.g. brunches, dinners).
Through the website both private persons and companies and associations can book and buy tickets.
Kyrö Distillery Home uses The Payment Transfer Service Checkout . Checkout is a payment method that is safe for you. They have a license for payment institutions, granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6), which is part of OP Financial Group.
The payment transfer service Checkout will transfer your payment to the merchant. If you see Checkout Finland Oy on your bank statement or credit card bill, they have transferred your payment to Kyrö Distillery Home account.
Webshops market the products and services and deliver the products to customers. The webshop ensures statutory obligations related to purchases and other obligations that it has determined. If you want to file a complaint or return a product, you should directly contact the webshop where you ordered the product at visit@kyrodistillery.com
The payment buttons of all Finnish banks are at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP cooperative bank, POP Pankki, Savings Bank, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. The payee shown on your bank statement is Checkout Finland Oy, we transfer your payment to the online retailer. From the webshop you will be directed to your bank, where you can safely make the payment.
You can pay in a webshop with the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express. The Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services are available for use in webshops. Checkout is the payee on your credit card bill and it will transfer the customer’s card payment directly to the merchant. You pay safely with your card with an encrypted payment form, and no payment card data is stored in the systems of the webshop.
The mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work on apps. You can use them to pay for online purchases as a credit transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment on the app in question. On Pivo it is also possible to make Siirto payments, in which case you can accept the payment on any app that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service for Apple devices that allows purchases to be paid for with a payment card linked to the device.
Payments by bill and instalment via Checkout are offered by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers payments by bill and instalment to corporate customers. Please read the more detailed terms and conditions specific to the finance company that you will see as you accept the payment. When you accept the payment, you also accept the finance company’s terms and conditions.

The customer is obligated to provide his/her contact details when a reservation request is made in the Service and to ensure that the provided contact details are up to date. Reservation confirmation will be sent to an email address specified by the customer. Purchased tickets or booking information must be presented on arrival. Confirmation will be sent to the email immediately after ordering; if the customer has not received a booking confirmation in their email, they should contact our customer service at visit@kyrodistillery.com.
The 14-days cancellation right does not apply to restaurant or leisure services agreed for a specific time (distillery tours, tastings, brunches, etc.) They must be canceled no later than two days before the date. Cancellations must be made to Kyrö Visitor Center customer service visit@kyrodistillery.com or tel +358 400748174. If an event is canceled by the organizer (Kyrö Distillery Home), the customer will be reimbursed for the price of the ticket.
Kyrö Distillery Home reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the Service at any time within a reasonable time from a discontinuation or suspension notice. Kyrö Distillery Home reserves the right to make some such minor changes to the terms and conditions of Service, which will not significantly affect the customer.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the file description (Privacy policy) and is processed only for the purposes of saving the reservation and providing the Service.
